Renato Picard is Venture Partner at 30N Ventures, contributing entrepreneurial expertise and deal origination across LatAm with a focus on early-stage and legacy companies. An operator-turned-investor, Ren brings hands-on experience in building startups from the ground up. With a Bachelor of Business from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM), Renato began his career in consulting before co-founding Urbvan, where he played a key role in revolutionizing shared transportation in Mexico. He led the company to remarkable growth and success, culminating in its acquisition by SWVL in 2022. Beyond 30N, Ren is Founder and Partner at Alinea, a Mexico- and U.S.-focused firm that acquires profitable, founder-led companies and stewards their legacies into the next chapter of growth. He is also an Endeavor Entrepreneur and an active advisor to founders building both early-stage ventures and established companies across the region.
