Curro began his career in investment banking at BNP Paribas in Madrid, where he was involved in high-profile international transactions across sectors such as BPO, Insurance, and Technology. He later joined Arcano Partners’ investment banking team, focusing on M&A of mature tech companies and startup fundraising, including deals in e-commerce (sports nutrition and motorcycles), corporate e-learning SaaS, mobility, and IT consulting. Following this, he transitioned to venture capital at Big Sur Ventures, one of Southern Europe's most established early-stage funds with over 50 investments. There, he has been involved in numerous deals from Pre-Seed to Series A stages, particularly across AI agents, fintech, proptech, logistics-tech, and deep tech. Curro has also served on the board of several companies in the mobility, logistics, future of work, and proptech sectors. He holds a dual degree in Law and Business Administration from ICADE and a Master’s in Finance from AFI.
