Vaas is a cross-border platform for the emerging private debt market. It automates the operations of asset-backed facilities and embeds local and regulatory infrastructure into the platform to unlock the region's capital markets at scale.

The challenge.
Private credit is one of the fastest-growing asset classes globally, yet its underlying infrastructure remains fragmented, manual, and structurally inefficient. Unlike public markets, where assets are digitized and transactions move through standardized systems, private debt workflows often rely on spreadsheets, siloed servicing platforms, and document-heavy processes. This fragmentation creates operational risk at every stage: collateral verification, cash-flow reconciliation, covenant monitoring, and investor reporting. Servicers lack full process visibility. Lenders struggle to validate underlying assets in real time. Teams compensate with manual oversight, limiting scalability and increasing the probability of errors. As structured credit expands, the absence of modern digital rails has become a bottleneck to growth.

The solution.
Vaas is building the infrastructure layer that private credit has long lacked. What began as a direct servicing solution has evolved into an embedded platform that standardizes and automates the lifecycle of asset-backed facilities. The platform integrates facility onboarding, collateral verification, cash-flow monitoring, payment servicing, compliance, and reporting into a unified operating system. Through automation, structured data architecture, and AI-powered verification tools, Vaas transforms previously manual, opaque workflows into transparent, auditable, and scalable systems. By embedding directly into stakeholders’ operations, it increases team bandwidth, enhances control, and reduces operational friction across complex credit structures.

The founders.
Vaas is led by Valentina Valencia (CEO), an exceptional founder with deep, first-hand experience across fintech, structured credit, and financial infrastructure. Having operated across multiple sides of the credit ecosystem, she understands where processes break down and how better rails can unlock efficiency and trust.
